01. You obviously must be a fan of Hatake Kakashi.

02. Your name, a working email address and country are required.

03. Please try to avoid common, long, or unrealistic nicknames when you fill in your name. (i.e. kakashiismyhero, hatakekakashi, ilovenaruto)

04. You don't need a website to join, but please put up a code BEFORE you join if you choose to provide a link to your website.

05. If you don't want to put up a graphic code, feel free to make a text link.

06. No direct linking of any sorts, so that means saving the code(s) you want on your own server.

07. No hate or porn websites. (I will still list you as a member, but your website will be deleted.)
